There are 2 ways to order designs:

 1). To use Paypal, e-mail me your order, please put ORDER in subject line, after I confirm it, you sign into Paypal, click on send money, send to [email protected]                                                                     

2). Print out this form, fill in your order, mail it to me along with your check or money order, and I will e-mail or send you the designs on a floppy disk, whichever you prefer.

Design Sets Will be mailed to you on a 3.5" floppy disk or sent in a zipped file by e-mail
